Collect your Loyalty Card when you check in! For every night you stay, you’ll receive one stamp on your card. Once you’ve collected nine stamps, you’ll earn one free night on your next eligible holiday. A maximum of nine nights can be stamped at any given time. The free night must be redeemed towards a minimum stay of 2 nights, discounting the total price by the value of the night with the lowest price during your stay. This may only be used on eligible touring pitch, tent pitch, or camping pod bookings. It can’t be booked online and is subject to availability.

The Loyalty Card is valid for one household only, and participants must be 18 or over. Each card is valid for 12 months from the issue date. Stamps must be collected during your stay, they can’t be added retrospectively. The free night can’t be exchanged for cash or used to earn another stamp.

Please show your Loyalty Card at Reception on arrival; otherwise, full payment will be required. Lost or stolen cards can be replaced, but previously collected stamps will not be carried over. When you redeem your free night, your card will be collected by the Reception team. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

When you book you must pay the applicable deposit requested, plus Cancellation Cover if required. Payment may be made in full or by deposit to secure your holiday booking. Deposits will only be taken up to 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. The full balance payment is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Balance reminders will not be sent. Please keep your final confirmation safe as you must present this on arrival at Park. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
