Grow your career with Verdant Parks

At Verdant Parks, we know the key to a truly memorable holiday experience starts long before our guests arrive.  It’s driven by smart, strategic decisions behind the scenes – and that includes how we price, position, and present our offering to our guests.  That’s why we’re looking for a Revenue manager who is passionate about using data with performance, applying commercial insight, shaping effective pricing strategies and delivering real results.

With a strong focus on analysing trends, understanding demand, and getting it right first time, you’ll play a vital role in maximising revenue while ensuring our guest continue to see excellent value in every Verdant experience.

If you’re ready to join a refreshed, modern, and fast-paced environment where your effort truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect next step for you.

This the perfect role for a motivated and commercially minded revenue professional looking to make a real impact.  Working closely with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue performance across the business, you’ll take the lead on implementing dynamic pricing and revenue strategies, using data-led insight to support decision-making and maximise results supporting the continued growth of Verdant Parks.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to guide pricing decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee availability across booking channels to ensure inventory is optimised and visible.
  • Data Insights: Use analytics tools to track trends, identify opportunities, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Yield Management: Apply yield techniques to ensure we’re maximising profitability while maintaining value for guests.
  • Planning & Budgeting: Support in developing annual revenue budgets and strategic financial plans.
  • KPI Reporting: Produce regular reports and insights to track performance and identify areas for growth.

We are looking for someone who enjoys turning insight into action and takes real pride in getting things right. Naturally curious and confident with data, you’re just as comfortable spotting trends as you are explaining them clearly to others. You bring a thoughtful, customer‑first mindset to your work, understanding that great revenue decisions help shape great holiday experiences. Organised, proactive, and collaborative, you enjoy working with others to make a positive difference, and you’re motivated by being part of a team that genuinely cares about doing things well.
