Salary:  £65k - £85k OTE

Hours: Full-time position. 40hrs a week over 5 days inc weekends and bank holidays.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their sales management career—perfect for a motivated professional with experience in the industry looking to grow and lead.

We are looking for someone who loves meeting and talking to people and who shows real passion for the holiday home lifestyle and our beautiful park locations. You will be aware of market trends and be able to adapt to maintain sales targets. Motivation is key, as you'll drive exceptional performance through engaging incentives, collaborative teamwork, and empowerment.

Above all, you will need to have the right attitude. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and so we expect you to do everything in your power to make their Verdant experience the absolute best it could be.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a face-to-face sales environment, with holiday homes, caravans or similar.
  • A real passion for the holiday home lifestyle and our beautiful park locations
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of revenue, sales and negotiation.

Typical duties and responsibilities include:

  • Spot and seize sales opportunities for caravans and lodges with new and existing customers.
  • Lead engaging park tours, showcasing our holiday home options and services.
  • Report on fresh sales leads in dynamic weekly sales meetings.
  • Follow up on enquiries via calls, emails, and brochures, keeping the CRM system updated.
  • Present clear and transparent pricing, fees, and finance options to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Guide customers through finance packages, ensuring smooth paperwork and understanding.
  • Stay on top of sales admin, processing invoices and finance proposals accurately.
  • Represent the company at caravan shows and exhibitions throughout the year.
