Our dedicated Grounds & Site Maintenance Team play a vital role in bringing the magic of a Verdant Leisure holiday to life. From keeping our parks pristine and play areas safe, to maintaining high-quality accommodation and expertly siting caravans, no two days are the same. Typical duties and responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and landscape the grounds, including grass, hedges, play areas, woodland, gardens, pitches and paths.
  • Carry out basic repairs to holiday home accommodation including white goods, interiors, exteriors, boilers, heating systems and bathrooms.
  • Complete all work in a timely manner and to a consistently high standard
  • Safely operate mowers, tools and other equipment
  • Rake leaves, clean walkways and keep the park and facilities attractive, welcoming, safe and free of litter.
  • Assist in the siting and de-siting of caravans including plumbing and connections.

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly. Previous experience in a similar role is a must, and skills in joinery, plumbing, landscaping, or general maintenance are a big plus, but we’re more than happy to provide training for the right person. What matters most is that you’re organised, hardworking, and ready to take on the great outdoors in all weather conditions. A full driving licence is essential.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a solid understanding of health and safety, a practical approach to repair and maintenance tasks, and the ability to stay calm and flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. But above all, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude. At Verdant Leisure, our customers come first, and we go the extra mile to make sure every holiday is memorable. If you’re a team player who’s willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed, then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
