Our Line Chefs prepare meals and snacks throughout the day, consistently delivering well-presented, high-quality, and flavourful dishes from our seasonal menu and special boards. They assist our Head Chef and/or Sous-Chef to prepare the kitchen stations ready for service, ensuring they are stocked appropriately and cleaned regularly throughout the shift. This role is essential in guaranteeing quality food service our guests anticipate, providing them with another option to self-catering and allowing them to spend more precious time with family and friends.
All our Chefs help prepare meals and snacks to order throughout the day, producing consistently well presented, high quality and tasty food from our menu and special boards. The Chef is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and ensuring food is prepared and stored in accordance with food safety regulations. This role is key to ensuring that we can provide the quality food service that our guests expect, providing them with another option to self-catering and allowing them to spend more precious time with family and friends.
Typical duties and responsibilities include:
· Preparing and producing food to order according to recipe and guest orders
· Ensuring all orders leaving the kitchen are plated and presented according to company standards
· Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met by the kitchen team
· Ensuring food products are stored properly
